As part of its development of Carolina Colours, an 80-acre mixed-use development in New Bern, North Carolina, Swain & Associates partnered with Hudson Development Partners to develop a 288-unit luxury apartment complex.

In addition to a best-in-class amenity package, the apartments are within walking distance of Carolina Colours TownCenter and Carolina Colours Medical Park. As a whole, they comprise a significant portion of the new development in the City of New Bern.
